It Doesn't Have to Be Hard to Eat Healthy. Start Here.

Having trouble finding the "right things to eat?" Do you know you need to eat healthier but aren't? Having trouble pulling the trigger on hundreds of dollars worth of meal plans from weight watchers or other places? Listen, eating healthy is hard. If it were easy, everyone would be doing it and 70% of adults in America, ages 20+, wouldn't be overweight (via cdc.gov). That number is outrageous. So, what can you do?

Well, with there being so many different types of meal plans out there, what best fits you? Honestly, it's all going to be trial and error. Finding the right program that fits your lifestyle will certainly be tough. With programs such as Whole30, Zone diet, Veganism, Vegetarianism, Weight Watchers, Macro Counting, Paleo, and many more, what do you choose? It's all about researching, experimenting, and implementing in your lifestyle.

If you were to come to me and ask me to help you with your nutrition; we could sit down, analyze your lifestyle, and come up with a list of a few plans for you to look into, sure. But why wait while you do that? Start today. Don't make it as hard as you think. Just start by eating the right things. If you find that you need more structure, let's look into plans - Whole30, Macro counting, paleo, etc.

Start here - Adhere to this list for an extended period of time (4-12 weeks) and see how you do. Eat as much as you want, any time of the day. Just start by eating the right things. Do you see and/or feel a difference?
