Fuel Your Fire: A Preview of Kazam's New Book of Recipes

In July, CrossFit Kazam introduced The Kazam Book of Recipes. Available to all of the Kazamily, this book is filled with recipes by our Kazamily. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and other recipes fill this 3-ring binder. If you're looking to mix things up and feed the family with something new, take a browse, and see what you can find. Of course, it is encourages that the recipes are on the healthy side of things, but what the Kazamily puts in, is what they want to share with others.

As an example of what you might find in this Book of Recipes, someone decided to throw in a Chocolate Mousse. Based on the ingredients and the ease of making it, I know I'll be trying this one very, very soon!

Ingredients:

2 Avocados

1/2 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

1/4 cup Milk

1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

1/3 cup Honey

1/8 tsp. Sea Salt

Directions:

Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

As simple as that.
