Member Spotlight: Stephanie Koch

Fitness takes hard work and dedication. There's no "secret" or "easy way." It's about you committing to yourself and your goals; and there's no one that understands that more than Steph. Having been dealt a very ugly hand of cards, Steph came to us looking for some help and guidance. She was looking for a place to get back into things after suffering an injury which left her hardly able to get up and down on a daily basis. Almost 2 years later at Kazam, Steph continues to give 110% every day, Pr'ing lifts like crazy! And the best of it all, she's able to preform daily tasks better than ever! It is a privilege and honor to be able to coach Steph through her fitness journey!
